The conference “Technology Assessment and Policy Areas of Great Transitions” will be organized in Prague (Czech Republic) on 13 to 15 March 2013 in the framework of the PACITA project. It will cover sectors such as health care and medicine, energy supply, climate change, and the use of computer technology in all areas of society. It is being organized by the Technology Centre of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (TC ASCR) in cooperation with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology Assessment and Systems Analysis (KIT-ITAS).
